Jane provides personal growth and professional and leadership development coaching, as well as homeopathic care, to women of all ages, in person and online.
We all want to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit, and to lead meaningful, rewarding lives. Some of us have spent years feeling a great potential or capacity; years with a niggling feeling (or, perhaps, an unrelenting hunger) that tells us we’re made for something bigger and better… but we may need healing, guidance, or inspiration to help ourselves realize that potential. My clients and I share the belief that positive life change comes through healing, and that healing is a process: we engage with it throughout our lives, as a welcome daily practice. It is through our willingness to understand ourselves — and to find the bravery to grow and change dynamically — that we begin to deeply heal and live into the lives we were made for.
